How to buy Duratec frame ?

Order

Order is possible through this e-mail. In country where Duratec have business representative there is important contact dealer ! Complete list is on page Contact. If you have another request for frame, geometry etc. it must be written to notice. You can contact our Customers department for more information. Your order is possible to send by e-mail on duratec@duratec.cz

Transport

The goods is possible to pick up in our company or it is delivered by spedition company on your direct adress written in your order.

Transport charges
We use spedition General Parcel for european transports or Czech post. You pay transport charge for complete bike = 75 Euro incl. 19% tax and transport charge only for frame is 35 Euro incl. 19% tax. The rest goods as clothing and spare parts are calculated invidual.

Payment

Payment for your bicycle is devided into two parts. First you pay in advance ordered original frame (with your logo, with your design, with your geometry) and in second part you pay other components.

Advance payment
Advance is paid seven days after your order. You will receive invoice and you pay according this document. The amount is the price of frame.

Additional payment You pay the rest of price of your bike. Complete bike is paid before shipment. After your payment is bicycle sent directly to your address.

Term of delivery

Supposed term of delivery is written on page of each model. Duratec Company is realy producer and each frame is produced according your order. If you want to know exact term, please contact us with your requests.

In general

alu frame = 3–4 weeks

alu-carbon frame = 4–5 weeks

fullcarbon frame = individual terms according production capacity

Claim of demaged parcel

In the case of mechanical damage to the shipment of goods do not accept and enter the complaint into the waybill. If there is a problem to sign up packing list, immediately contact the transport company and make a report claims. It is the expression of transporters that recognize the claim or not.

Claim of product

The warranty of aluminium frame is 5 years. Carbon frames have the warranty 2 years. Duratec defined accurate statutes under which the subject is claimed. These are written in the Complaint of society.

For the claimed frame there must always be accompanied by a completed complaint form which can be downloaded from the website in the section „Download“: / en / support / on-downloads /.
